Swing Dancing *SUNDAY 8PM*, La Sala

The MIT Lindy Hop society will host the Sunday night main dance
of the Boston Independence Exchange this weekend. We are
pleased to welcome dancers from all across the globe who
have converged on Boston for a weekend of dancing.

Swing Dancing, Lobdell, Intermediate Blues Lesson 7:30

Jenn and Gui will teach an Intermediate Blues lesson at 7:30 p.m.

At 7:30 p.m. before the dance Gui and Jenn will teach a
Intermediate Blues lesson: They will be focusing on
teaching flashier moves such as dips and body rolls,
followed by how to improvise your own! The class will end as
the last class ended, with a class-wide jam to show off
everyone's moves. Bring your imagination!

At 7:30 p.m. before the dance Jenn and Gui will teach a
Intermediate Blues lesson: "In this lesson we build on the
Blues lesson we just taught, meaning that everyone in the
class should have a working knowledge of the Blues "basics"
(footwork, closed position, etc.) We will be launching into
a few basic traveling and open position moves, and then
improvising on those in order to both build up a collection
of cool Blues moves and teach the fundamental
improvisational skills that will have you dancing your own
style from the beginning."
