No lesson this week. Dance will start at 8:30 instead of
the normal 9pm.

Our room through August is smaller than our normal spaces
and will get quite warm. You may wish to dress accordingly.


Next week (September 4) we will be in Walker Memorial
(Building 50). Sam and Zach will teach a beginner swing
lesson.

On September 11, 18, and 25, Samra will teach a beginner
swing series.

Volunteer needed for freshman activities fair Aug. 30

The MIT Lindy Hop Society is looking for a volunteer to be
at our club's table at the Student Activities Midway on
Friday, August 30 from 2:00-4:30pm at Johnson Athletics.

If you are available then to help our club, please let me
know. You'll be handing out flyers and taking email
addresses of those interested.

At 7:30 before the dance, Ken will teach a Blues And Balboa
lesson, two dances you can do in smaller spaces than Lindy
Hop swing.

Our room the next three weeks is smaller than our normal

accordingly.

Next week (August 21) and the week after (August 28), there
will be no lesson.
